Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and begin once your order has shipped. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect address information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.

International Shipping

We are not currently shipping internationally.

If you are located outside the United States, please subscribe to our email list on the website and we’ll notify you as soon as international shipping becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Packages marked delivered

Customers are responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen. Please contact the carrier using your tracking information.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email team@barrier.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right at our expense.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain addresses, regions, or jurisdictions where our products may not be permitted or where shipping services are unreliable.
