The product worked for me. Took about 3 weeks. My issue was getting refills and shipping. I switched brands as they worked through “warehouse issues”. Their Zendesk CRM is like talking to Ai. Hopefully you have better luck.

I'm really impressed with this product. For years my wife has been unable to digest dairy, and more recently raw vegetables. This made eating fresh food like salads impossible. After the first month with BPC-157 she's been able to re-introduce these foods into her diet. I can't tell you how miraculous that is after trying every probiotic/digestive aid on the market with minimal success. Barrier's customer service is top notch as well, and quickly answered any concerns I had with shipment.
My first order of Barrier BPC-157 arrived with an empty bottle due to what was clearly a rare manufacturing hiccup (a lot of cotton, no pills in the bottle!). These things happen, and while I was surprised, I was confident the company would make it right. They did. They responded almost immediately, communicated exceptionally well, and shipped a replacement right away. The new bottle arrived just as quickly as the original order. I was genuinely impressed with the professionalism and customer service. I've only been taking the BPC-157 for 3–4 days, but I've already noticed reduced acid reflux and stomach irritation. It's too early to judge the full results, but I'll update my review after completing the regimen. Overall, I was impressed by their customer service.
